ದೇಹವೇ ದೇವಾಲಯ

“ದೇಹೋ ದೇವಾಲಯಃ ಪ್ರೋಕ್ತಃ” ಈ ತತ್ವರಹಸ್ಯವನ್ನು ಉಪನಿಷತ್ತುಗಳು ತಿಳಿಯಹೇಳಿರುವವು. ಮಾನವನ ದೇಹ ಬಲು ಬೆಲೆಯುಳ್ಳದ್ದು. ಭಗವಂತನು ಸಾಧನೆಗೆ ಅನುವಾಗುವಂತೆ ಅವಯವಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿರುವನು. ದೇಹದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಭಾಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವತಃ ತಾನೇ ನಿಂತು ಅನುಗ್ರಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವನು. ದೇಹದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇವಲ ಸಪ್ತಧಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರ ಕಾಣಬಾರದು. ಅವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತರ್ಯಾಮಿಯಾಗಿ ನಿಂತ ಭಗವಂತನನ್ನು ಕಾಣಬೇಕು. ಹೀಗೆ ಕಂಡ ಮಾನವನಿಗೆ ತನ್ನ ದೇಹದೊಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿ ಪ್ರಾಣಿಯ ದೇಹವೂ ಸಹ ದೇವಾಲಯವಾಗಿ ಕಾಣಿಸುವುದು. ಇಂಥಾ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯು ಮಾಧವನಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಬಿಂಬನೆನಿಸುವನು. ಆದರ್ಶಪ್ರಾಯ ಜೀವನ ಅವನ ಸೊತ್ತಾಗಿ ಜನ್ಮಸಾರ್ಥಕವಾಗುವುದು.

LIVING BODY – THE REAL TEMPLE

The Lord is resident in every living being’s head as Vasudeva. He is white in colour. The Lord resides in forehead in the name of Aja, with His two hands in the knowledge and grace pose. In the right and left cheeks, the Lord resides in the names of Lsha and Leeji. In both these forms, the Lord’s hands are in the knowledge and grace pose. In the nose, the Lord resides as Ananda and His hands are in the knowledge and grace pose.

దేహమే దేవాలయం

 “దేహో దేవాలయః ప్రోక్తః” ఈ తత్వరహస్యాన్ని ఉపనిషత్తులు తెలియపరచినాయి. మానవునిదేహం వెలలేనిది. భగవంతుడు సత్సాధనకు ఉపయోగపడే విధంగా అవయవాలను నిర్మించాడు. దేహంలోని అన్నిభాగాలలో స్వతః తానే నిలిచి, చైతన్యప్రదుడై అనుగ్రహిస్తున్నాడు. దేహంలో కేవలం సప్తధాతువులను మాత్రమే చూడరాదు. వాటిలో అంతర్యామిగా నిలచిన భగవంతుణ్ణి చూడాలి. ఇదే తారకం. ఇట్లు చూసిన మానవునకు తన దేహంతోపాటు ప్రతి ప్రాణియొక్క శరీరం కూడా దేవాలయంగా కనబడుతుంది. ఇట్టి చింతన గలిగిన వ్యక్తినిజమైన ఋషి. ఆదర్శజీవనం చేస్తూ, జన్మను సార్థకం చేసుకుంటాడు.

ಶಿರಸ್ಸು

ಪ್ರತಿಮಾನವನ ತಲೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ವಾಸುದೇವನು ನಿಂತಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಇವನ ಮೈಬಣ್ಣ ಬಿಳಿ. ಹಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಜನಾಮಕಪರಮಾತ್ಮನಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಇವನು ಜ್ಞಾನ ಮುದ್ರೆ, ಅಭಯಮುದ್ರೆ ಗಳಿಂದ ಸಹಿತನಾಗಿ ರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಇದರಂತೆ ಬಲ ಕಪೋಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಲ್‌ಶನಾಮಕ ಪರಮಾತ್ಮ ನಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಎಡ ಕಪೋಲ ದಲ್ಲಿ ಲ್-ಜಿನಾಮಕ ಪರಮಾತ್ಮನಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಈ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಜ್ಞಾನ, ಅಭಯಮುದ್ರೆಗಳಿಂದ ಸಹಿತರಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಮೂಗಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ಆನಂದನಾಮಕ ಪರಮಾತ್ಮನು ಸದಾ ಸನ್ನಿಹಿತನಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಇವನು ಸಹ ಜ್ಞಾನ, ಅಭಯಮುದ್ರೆಗಳಿಂದ ಯುಕ್ತನಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ.

శిరస్సు

ప్రతిమానవుని తలపై పద్మాసనుడైన పరవాసుదేవుడు నిలచివుంటాడు. ఇతను తన పై కుడిచేతిలో చక్రాన్ని, పై ఎడమచేతిలో శంఖాన్ని, క్రింది ఎడమచేతిలో గదను, క్రింది కుడిచేతి లో పద్మాన్ని ధరించి ఉంటాడు. ఇతని శరీరం శ్వేతవర్ణం. నొసటిపై అజనామకపరమాత్ముడుంటాడు.ఇతడు జ్ఞాన అభయ ముద్రలతో కూడివుం టాడు. ఇదేవిధంగా కుడిబుగ్గలో ల్‌శ నామకపరమాత్ముడు, ఎడమబుగ్గలో ల్‌జినామకపరమాత్ముడుంటారు. ఈ ఇరువురు జ్ఞాన అభయముద్రలతో సహితులై ఉంటారు. ముక్కుపై జ్ఞాన, అభయముద్రలతో యుక్తుడైన ఆనం దనామక పరమాత్ముడు ఉంటాడు.

THE NOSE

At the base of the nose, Lord Dhanvantri resides as the controlling deity. Ashwinis -Nasatya and Dasra, physicians for other deities are the governing deities. The Lord resides in the right and left nasal cartilages as Rutumbara and Roogha. In both these forms His hands are in the knowledge and grace pose. Surya and Chandra are resident in the right and left nostrils. Along with them is Lord Mukhyaprana who served by Surya, Chandra allows one to breathe air in and out.

ముక్కు

ముక్కుయొక్క మూలభాగంలో ధన్వం తరినామక పరమాత్ముడుం టాడు. ఇతనే దీనికి నియామకుడు. నాసత్య-దస్ర అనే ఇరువురు అశ్వినీదేవతలు ముక్కుకు అభిమా నులు. అశ్వినీదేవతలు దేవ వైద్యులు. కుడి నాసాపుటంలో ఋతుంభర నామకపరమాత్ముడు, ఎడమ నాసా పుటంలో ౠఘనామక పరమాత్ముడు ఉంటారు. ఈ ఇరువురూ జ్ఞాన-అభయముద్రలతో యుక్తులై ఉంటారు. ముక్కు యొక్క కుడివైపున వుండే రంధ్రంలో సూర్యుడు, ఎడమవైపున వుండే రంధ్రంలో చంద్రుడు ఉంటారు. రెండూ రంధ్రాలలో ముఖ్యప్రాణుడు ఉంటాడు. సూర్యచంద్రులు ముఖ్య ప్రాణునికి సేవకులై శ్వాస కార్యానికి సహకరిస్తూ ఉంటారు.

ತುಟಿಗಳು-ಹಲ್ಲುಗಳು

ಎರಡು ತುಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಏಕಾತ್ಮ-ಐರನಾಮಕ ಪರಮಾತ್ಮರು ಜ್ಞಾನ-ಅಭಯಮುದ್ರೆಗಳಿಂದ ಸಹಿತರಾಗಿ ವ್ಯಾಪಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಮೇಲಿನ ಹಲ್ಲುಗಳ ಪಂಕ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜ್ಞಾನಾ-ಭಯಮುದ್ರೆಗಳಿಂದ ಒಪ್ಪುವ ಓಜೋಭೃತ್ ನಾಮಕಪರಮಾತ್ಮನಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಇದರಂತೆ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಹಲ್ಲುಗಳ ಪಂಕ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜ್ಞಾನಾ-ಭಯಮುದ್ರೆಗಳಿಂದ ಸಹಿತನಾದ ಔರಸನಾಮಕ ಪರಮಾ ತ್ಮನಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಹಂಸನಾಮಕ ಪರಮಾತ್ಮನು ೩೨ ಹಲ್ಲುಗಳಲ್ಲೂ ವ್ಯಾಪಿಸಿ, ಅವುಗಳಿಗೆ ಸದಾ ರಕ್ಷಕನಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಈ ಹಂಸನಾಮಕ-ಪರಮಾತ್ಮನು ತನ್ನ ನಾಲ್ಕು ಕೈಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ಚಕ್ರ, ಶಂಖ, ವರ, ಅಭಯಮುದ್ರೆಗಳನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ.

THE LIPS AND THE TEETH

The Lord resides in the upper and lower lips in the names of Ekatma and in Ira. In both these forms His hands are in the knowledge and grace pose. The Lord resides in the upper and lower 16 teeth in the forms of Ojobruth and Ourasa. In both these forms His hands are in the knowledge and grace pose. Lord Hamsa pervades all 32 teeth protecting them and helps virtuous people maintain cleanliness. In this form, the Lord will be holding disc, conch, wish and grace poses.

పెదవులు-దంతాలు

పై పెదవిలో ఏకాత్మనామక పరమా త్ముడు, క్రింది పెదవిలో ఐరనామక పరమాత్ముడు ఉంటారు. వీరిరువురూ జ్ఞాన-అభయముద్రలతో సహితులై, పెదవులను వ్యాపించివుంటారు. పై వరుసలోని దంతాలలో జ్ఞాన-అభయ ముద్రలతోకూడిన ఓజోభృత్‌నామక పరమాత్ముడు. క్రింది దంతాల పంక్తిలో, జ్ఞానాభయ ముద్రలతో సహి తుడైన ఔరసనామక పరమాత్ముడు ఉంటారు. హంసనామక పరమా త్ముడు 32 పళ్ళను వ్యాపించి, వాటికి సదా రక్షకుడై ఉంటాడు. ఈ హంసనామక పరమాత్ముడు, తన నాలుగు చేతులలో క్రమంగా చక్ర-శంఖ-వర-అభయముద్రలనుధరించి ఉంటాడు.

ನಾಲಿಗೆ-ಕಿರುನಾಲಿಗೆ-ವಾಗಿಂದ್ರಿಯ

ನಾಲಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ಸ್ಯ-ಅಂತ-ದಾಮೋದರ ಎಂಬ ಭಗವಂತನ ಮೂರು ರೂಪಗಳಿರುತ್ತವೆ. ಇವು ನಿಯಾಮಕರೂಪಗಳು. ಅಭಿಮಾನಿದೇವತೆ ವರುಣ. ವರುಣನಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ಸ್ಯರೂಪಿಭಗವಂತನಿದ್ದು, ಅವನಿಗೆ ಪ್ರೇರಕನಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ನಾಲಿಗೆಗೆ ಸರಸ್ವತೀ ದೇವಿಯು ಅಭಿಮಾನಿ. ಇವಳಿಗೆ ನಿಯಾಮಕರಾಗಿ ಸ್ತ್ರೀರೂಪದಿಂದ ಹಯವದನ-ವಾಗೀಶ್ವರರು ನಾಲಿಗೆ ಯಲ್ಲಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ವಾಗಿಂದ್ರಿಯಕ್ಕೆ ಅಗ್ನಿಅಭಿಮಾನಿ. ಪರಶುರಾಮನು ನಿಯಾಮಕನು. ಕಿರುನಾಲಿಗೆಗೆ ಇಂದ್ರನು ಅಭಿಮಾನಿ.ಉಪೇಂದ್ರನು ನಿಯಾಮಕನು. ಕಿರುನಾಲಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಧಗರ್ಭನಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಇವನು ಜ್ಞಾನಅಭಯ- ಮುದ್ರೆಗಳಿಂದ ಕೂಡಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ.

THE TONGUE , THE UVULA, THE ORGAN OF SPEECH

The Lord resides in and controls the tongue with 3 forms – Matysa, Anta, Damodara with the governing deity as Varuna who is powered by his indweller Lord Matsya. Goddess Saraswati is also the governing deity for tongue and powering her is Hayavadana-Vagishwara in female form. Agni is the governing deity for the organ of speech and he is controlled by Lord Upendra. The Lord resides in uvula in the form of Ardhagarbha with His hands in the knowledge and grace pose.

నాలుక-కొండనాలుక-వాగింద్రియం

నాలుకలో మత్స్య-అంత-దామోదర అనే భగవంతుని 3 రూపాలు ఉంటాయి. ఇవి నాలుకకు నియామక రూపాలు. వరుణుడు అభిమానిదేవత. ఈ వరుణినియందు మత్స్యరూపి భగవంతుడు అంతర్యామిగాఉంటూ అతనికి ప్రేరణచేస్తూ ఉంటాడు. నాలుకకు సరస్వతీదేవి కూడా అభిమాని. ఈమెకు నియామకులుగా స్త్రీరూపంతో హయవదనుడు, వాగీశ్వ రుడు నాలుకలో ఉంటారు. వాగింద్రియమునకు అగ్నిదేవుడు అభిమాని. పరశురాముడు నియామ కుడు. చిన్ననాలుకకు ఇంద్రుడు అభిమాని. ఉపేంద్రుడు నియామ కుడు. చిన్ననాలుకలో జ్ఞాన-అభయ
ముద్రలతో యుక్తుడైన అర్ధగర్భ నామక పరమాత్ముడుంటాడు.

ಬಲಗಣ್ಣು-1

ಬಲಗಣ್ಣಿನ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಕರಿಯಗುಡ್ಡಿನಲ್ಲಿ 19 ಮುಖಗಳಿಂದ ಕೂಡಿ, ಕೈಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಚಕ್ರ-ಶಂಖ-ಗದಾ-ಜ್ಞಾನಮುದ್ರೆಗಳನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಿರುವ ವಿಶ್ವನಾಮಕಪರಮಾತ್ಮನಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಇವನ ಮೈಬಣ್ಣ ಬಿಳಿ. ಈ ವಿಶ್ವನಾಮಕಪರಮಾತ್ಮನು ಬಲಗಣ್ಣಿನಲ್ಲಿದ್ದು, ಜೀವಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಜಾಗ್ರತಾವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಕೊಡುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಇವನ 19 ಮುಖಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಮುಖವು ಗಜಮುಖವಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ವಿಶ್ವನ ಎಡಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾರಾಯಣನು ಸದಾ ನಿಂತಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಬಲಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವರ್ಗಾಧಿಪತಿಯಾದ ಇಂದ್ರದೇವರು ಸೇವಕರಂತೆ ನಿಂತಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.
ಈ ವಿಶ್ವನಾಮಕನ ಕೆಳಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೂರ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಅಗ್ನಿದೇವತೆ ಇರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಇವರು
ಈ ಬಲಗಣ್ಣಿಗೆ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿಗಳು.

RIGHT EYE-1

The Lord resides in the pupil of the right eye in the form of Vishwa, the controlling deity of the waking state of an individual. He is white in colour, with 19 faces, holding disc-conch- mace- knowledge pose. His central face is elephant like and 9 faces in each side are human like. Lord Narayana is at the left of Lord Vishwa and on the right side is deity Indra serving Lord Vishwa. Deities Surya and Chandra are below Vishwa and are the gover-ning deities for the right eye.

కుడికన్ను -1

కుడికన్నుయొక్క మధ్యలో ఉండే నల్లటిగుడ్డులో 19 ముఖాలతో కూడిన, చక్ర- శంఖ- గదా- జ్ఞానముద్రలను ధరించిన, విశ్వనామక పరమాత్ముడుంటాడు. ఇతని వర్ణం శ్వేతవర్ణం. ఈ విశ్వనామక పరమాత్ముడు కుడికంటిలో ఉంటూ, జీవుల జాగ్రదవస్థకు కారణుడై ఉన్నాడు. 19 ముఖాలలో మధ్యలో ఉండే ముఖ ముగజముఖము. ఈ విశ్వనామక పరమాత్ముని ఎడమభాగంలో నారాయణుడు, కుడివైపున స్వర్గాధిపతియైన దేవేంద్రుడు నిలచివుంటారు. ఈ విశ్వనామక పరమాత్ముని క్రిందిభాగంలో సూర్యాగ్నులు ఉంటారు. వీరిరువురూ కుడికన్నుకు అభిమానులు

ಬಲಗಣ್ಣು-2

ಕಣ್ಣಿನ ಬಿಳಿಯ ಗುಡ್ಡಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಕೆಂಪಾದ ರಕ್ತನಾಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ರುದ್ರದೇವರು ಗೌತಮ ಎಂಬ ಹೆಸರಿನಿಂದ, ಕಣ್ಣೀರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ವರುಣದೇವರು ಭರದ್ವಾಜ ಎಂಬ ಹೆಸರಿನಿಂದ, ಬಿಳಿಯ ಗುಡ್ಡಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂದ್ರದೇವರು ವಶಿಷ್ಠ ಎಂಬ ಹೆಸರಿನಿಂದ ಸನ್ನಿಹಿತರಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಕೆಳಗಿನ ರೆಪ್ಪೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭೂದೇವಿಯು, ಮೇಲಿನ ರೆಪ್ಪೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತೀದೇವಿಯರುಸದಾ ಸನ್ನಿಹಿತರಾಗಿದ್ದು, ರೆಪ್ಪೆಗಳಿಂದ ಕಣ್ಣನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡುತ್ತಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಕಣ್ಣಿನಗುಡ್ಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೂರ್ಯನು ಇರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಕಣ್ಣಿನ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಾರಣನಾಗಿ, ಪ್ರದ್ಯುಮ್ನನು ಕಣ್ಣಿನ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ತಂಭರೂಪದಿಂದ ಇರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಈ ಸ್ತಂಭಕ್ಕೆ ಕಟ್ಟಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಹಗ್ಗವಾಗಿ ಮಹಾ-ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮೀದೇವಿಯು, ಆಕಳಕರುವಿನ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಯುದೇವರು ಸದಾ ಇರುತ್ತಾರೆ.

RIGHT EYE-2

In the blood vessels of right eye, deity Rudra resides in the name of Gowtama. In the liquid aquious humor deity Varuna resides in the name of Bharadwaja. In the white sclera region, deity Indra, the ruler of heavens resides in the name of Vasishta. Goddess Bhoodevi resides in the lower eyelid and Goddess Bharatidevi in the upper eyelid. They help protect the eyes. Deity Surya resides in the eye lashes. Controlling all activities of the right eye, Lord Pradyumna resides in the middle of the eye in the form of a pillar. His consort Goddess Mahalakshmi resides in the form of a rope tied to a pillar and deity Vayudeva in the form of a calf.

కుడికన్ను- 2

కంటిలోని తెల్లటిగుడ్డులోని ఎర్రటి రక్తనాళాలలో రుద్రదేవుడు ’గౌతమ’ అనే పేరుతో, కన్నీళ్ళల్లోవరుణదేవుడు ‘భరద్వాజ’ అనే పేరుతో, తెల్లటిగుడ్డులో దేవేంద్రుడు, ‘వశిష్ఠ’ అనే పేరుతో, సన్నిహితులై ఉంటారు. క్రింది కనురెప్పలలోభూదేవి, పైకనురెప్పలలో భారతీదేవి సదా సన్నిహితులై రెప్పలకు చైతన్యంకలిగించి, కళ్ళను కాపాడుతూ ఉంటారు. కంటిగుడ్డులో సూర్యుడు ఉంటాడు. కళ్ళవ్యాపారాలకు కారణుడై, ప్రద్యుమ్ననామకపరమాత్ముడు కంటిమధ్యలో స్తంభరూపంతో ఉంటాడు. ఈ స్తంభానికికట్టిన త్రాడురూపంలో మహాలక్ష్మీదేవి, ఆవుదూడరూపంలో వాయుదేవుడు సదా నెలకొనిఉంటారు.

ಎಡಗಣ್ಣಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಕರಿಯಗುಡ್ಡಿನಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಮನ- ಚಂದ್ರ-ಅಗ್ನಿ ಈ ಮೂರುಜನರು ಅಭಿಮಾನಿಗಳಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಈಶನು ಸಹ ಇರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಎಡಗಣ್ಣಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಕೆಂಪಾದ ರಕ್ತನಾಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹರುದ್ರದೇವರು ಗೌತಮ ಎಂಬ ಹೆಸರಿನಿಂದ, ಕಣ್ಣೀರಿ  ನಲ್ಲಿ ವರುಣದೇವರು ಭರದ್ವಾಜ ಎಂಬ ಹೆಸರಿನಿಂದ, ಬಿಳಿಗುಡ್ಡಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂದ್ರನು  ವಶಿಷ್ಠ ಎಂಬ ಹೆಸರಿನಿಂದ ಸನ್ನಿಹಿತರಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಕಣ್ರೆಪ್ಪೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭೂದೇವಿಯು, ಮೇಲಿನ ಕಣ್ರÉಪ್ಪೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತೀದೇವಿಯರು ಇದ್ದು, ಕಣ್ಣಿಗೆ ರೆಪ್ಪೆಗಳ ದ್ವಾರಾ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಕೊಡುತ್ತಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಕಣ್ಣುಗುಡ್ಡಿನಲ್ಲಿ  ಸೂರ್ಯದೇವರು, ವಿಶ್ವಾಮಿತ್ರ ಎಂಬ ಹೆಸರಿನಿಂದ ಇರುತ್ತಾರೆ.

LEFT EYE

The Lord resides in the pupil of the left eye in the form of Vamana as the controlling deity. Deities Chandra-Agni-Isha reside as the governing deities. In the blood vessels of the left eye, deity Rudra resides in the name of Gowtama. In the liquid aquious humor,
deity Varuna resides in the name of Bharadwaja. In the white sclera region, deity Indra, the ruler of heavens resides in the name of Vasishta. Goddess Bhoodevi resides in the lower eyelid and
Goddess Bharatidevi in the upper eyelid. They help protect the eyes. Deity Surya resides in the eye lashes in the name of Vishwamitra.

ఎడమకన్ను

ఎడమకన్నులోనినల్లటిగుడ్డులొ వామనుడు నియామకుడై ఉంటాడు. చంద్రుడు,అగ్ని, ఈశుడు ఈ ముగ్గురు సైతం నల్లగుడ్డులో ఉంటూ అభిమానులై ఉన్నారు. ఎడమకంటిలోనిఎర్రటిరక్తనాళాలలో రుద్రదేవుడు ‘గౌతమ’ అనే పేరుతో,కన్నీళ్ళల్లోవరుణదేవుడు ‘భరద్వాజ’ అనే పేరుతో, తెల్లటిగుడ్డులో దేవేంద్రుడు ‘వశిష్ఠ’ అనే పేరుతో సన్నిహితులై ఉంటారు. క్రింది కనురెప్పలలో భూదేవి, పై కనురెప్పలలో భారతీదేవి సదా సన్నిహితులై ఉంటూ, రెప్పలకు చైతన్యంకలిగించి కళ్ళను కాపాడుతూ ఉంటారు. కంటియొక్క గుడ్డులో సూర్యుడు ‘విశ్వామిత్ర’ అనే పేరుతో ఉంటాడు.

ಕಿವಿಗಳು

ಇಂದ್ರ-ಅಗ್ನಿ- ಯಮ- ನಿರಋತಿ- ವರುಣ-ವಾಯು- ಕುಬೇರ- ಈಶಾನ ಇವರೆಲ್ಲರು ಎರಡೂ ಕಿವಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸವಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಶ್ರೋತೃತತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿಗಳು. ಇವರೊಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಧನ್ವಂತರಿ-ಹಯಗ್ರೀವ-ಹಂಸ-ವಾಮನರು ಇದ್ದು, ಶ್ರೋತೃತತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ನಿಯಾಮಕರಾ-ಗಿರುವರು. ಇಂದ್ರಾದಿದೇವತೆಗಳು ಭಗವಂತನ ಪ್ರೇರಣೆಗನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ಶಬ್ದಗಳನ್ನು ತಾವು ಕೇಳಿ, ಜೀವಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಕೇಳಿಸುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಬಲಗಿವಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉಗ್ರನಾಮಕ ಪರಮಾತ್ಮನಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಎಡಗಿವಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಊರ್ಜನಾಮಕ ಪರಮಾತ್ಮನಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಈ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಜ್ಞಾನ, ಅಭಯಮುದ್ರೆ ಗಳಿಂದ ಯುಕ್ತರಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಬಲಗಿವಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗಂಗಾದಿ ಸಕಲ ತೀರ್ಥಗಳು ಸಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತವೆ.

THE EARS

Resident in the two ears are the deities of 8 directions, Indra-Agni-
Yama-Nirraruti- Varuna- Vayu-Kubera-Ishwara.They are the governing deities for the organ of hearing. Indwelling in these deities is Lord Almighty in four forms Dhanvantri-Hayagreeva-Hamsa-Vamana as the controlling deities for the principle of hearing. The governing deities such as Indra are ordered by the Lord to first hear the words and then cause the living beings to hear them. The Lord resides in the right ear in the name of Ugra and in the left ear in the name of Oorja and both these forms are sporting the knowledge and grace pose in their hands. Sacred rivers such as the Ganges also reside in the right ear.

చెవులు

ఇంద్ర, అగ్ ని, యమ, ని ర ఋతి, వరుణ, వాయు, కుబేర, ఈశా న వీరందరూ చెవులకు అభిమానులై రెం డు చెవులలోనూ వాసంచేస్తూ ఉంటారు. ఈ దిగ్దేవతలతో బాటు రెం డు చెవులలో ఇక్కడ ధన్వం తరి -హయగ్రీవ-హంస-వామనులు ని యామకులై సదా సన్నిహితు లై ఉంటారు. ఇంద్రాదిదేవతలు భగవత్ప్ రేరణకు అనుగుణంగా, శబ్దాబాదేలను తా ము విం టూ, జీవులకు ఆ శబ్దా లు వినబడేటట్లు చేస్తారు. కుడి చెవిలో ఉగ్రనామక పరమత్ము డు, ఎడమ చెవిలో ఊర్జనామక పరమాత్ము డు జ్ఞాన-అభయముద్రలతో యుక్తు లై ఉంటారు.కుడిచెవిలోగంగాది సకల తీర్థాలుసదా సన్నిహితమై ఉంటాయి.

ಕಂಠ– ಹೃದಯ

ಕಂಠದಲ್ಲಿ ತೈಜಸನಾಮಕ ಪರಮಾತ್ಮನಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ತೈಜಸನ ಮೈಬಣ್ಣ ಬಿಳಿ. ಇವನಿಗೂ ವಿಶ್ವನಂತೆ ೧೯ ಮುಖಗಳಿರುತ್ತವೆ. ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಮುಖವು ಗಜಮುಖವು. ಈ ತೈಜಸನಾಮಕ ಪರಮಾತ್ಮನು ಸ್ವಪ್ನಾವಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಕಾರಣನು. ಹೃದಯದಲ್ಲಿ ರಮಾತ್ಮಕವಾದ ಸುವರ್ಣಮಯವಾದ ದಿವ್ಯಮಂಟಪವಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಮಂಟಪದ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಪೀಠ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಳಗಡೆ ಸೂರ್ಯ-ಚಂದ್ರÀ-ಅಗ್ನಿಮoಡಲಗಳಿರುತ್ತವೆ. ಇವುಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ರಮಾತ್ಮಕವಾದ ಕಮಲವಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಕಮಲದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾರಾಯಣ ಇರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಇವನ ಬಲ ಪಾದವನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದು ಲಾಳೂಕನಾಮಕ ವಾಯುದೇವನು ಕುಳಿತಿರಲು, ಈ ವಾಯುವಿನ ಪಾದದ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜೀವಿ ಇರುತ್ತಾನೆ.

THE THROAT – THE HEART

The Lord resides in the throat in the form of Taijasa, responsible for the dreaming state. White in colour, His hands will be holding disc-conch-mace-knowledge pose. Just like the Vishwa form, this form also has 19 faces with an elephant face in the middle. Inside the heart is a decorated, golden platform, an embodiment of Goddess Rama. In the middle are the circular zones of Surya, Chandra and Agni. On top is the lotus with indwelling Goddess Rama. Lord Narayana is sitting on this lotus. Deity Vayudeva as Lalooka will be holding the right foot of the Lord with the individual soul at his feet.

కంఠము-హృదయము

కంఠంలో చక్ర-శంఖ-గదా -జ్ఞానముద్రలను ధరించిన తైజసుడుంటాడు. శ్వేతవర్ణుడైన తైజసునికి విశ్వుని వలె 19 ముఖాలు ఉంటాయి. మధ్య లో ఉండే ముఖము గజముఖము. ఈ తైజసుడు, స్వప్నా వస్థకు కారణుడు. హృదయంలో రమాత్మకమైన దివ్య మంటపాన్ని స్మరించాలి. మంటపమధ్యలో పీఠరూపంలో సూర్య-చంద్ర-అగ్నిమండలాలు క్రమంగా ఒకదాని పై ఒకటి ఉంటాయి. వీటి పైన రమాత్మకమైన కమలము ఉంటుం ది. కమలంలోనారాయణుడుంటాడు. ఇతని కుడి పాదాన్ని పట్టుకొని లాళూకనామకుడైన వాయుదేవుడు కూచుని ఉంటాడు. ఈ వాయుదేవుని పాదము క్రింద జీవి ఉంటాడు.

ಬಲಗೈ

ಬಲಗೈಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಐದು ಸಂಧಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ, ಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ಕಪಿಲ- ಖಪತಿ- ಗರುಡಾಸನ- ಘರ್ಮ-ಙಸಾರ ನಾಮಕ ಭಗವಂತನ ಐದು ರೂಪಗಳಿರುತ್ತವೆ. ಬಲಗೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ದಕ್ಷಪ್ರಜೇಶ್ವರನು ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿಯಾಗಿ ಇರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಅಂತರ್ಯಾಮಿಯಾಗಿ ಮಧುಸೂದನ ನಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಈ ಮಧುಸೂದನನು ಬಲಗೈಗೆ ನಿಯಾಮಕನು. ಬಲಗೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬ್ರಹ್ಮನ ಪತ್ನಿ- ಸರಸ್ವತಿ, ವಾಯುದೇವನ ಪತ್ನಿ ಭಾರತೀದೇವಿಯರು ಇರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಇವರಿಬ್ಬರೂ ಅವ್ಯಕ್ತತತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿಗಳು. ಅವ್ಯಕ್ತತತ್ವವನ್ನು ಬಲಗೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಮರಿಸ ಬೇಕು. ಬಲಗೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹಾಲಕ್ಷಿದೇವಿಯು ಸಹ ಅವ್ಯಕ್ತತತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಖ್ಯಅಭಿಮಾನಿ ಯಾಗಿ ಇರುತ್ತಾಳೆ.

THE RIGHT HAND

The Lord in the forms of kapila, khapati, garudasana, gharma and ngasara is present in the five joints of the right hand. Dakshaprajeshwara is the governing deity with the indwelling Lord Madhusoodana as the controlling deity. Also resident in the right hand are Saraswati – consort of Brahma and Bharatidevi – consort of Vayudeva. They are the governing deities for the principle of unmanifest. Goddess Mahalakshmi as the primary governing deity for this principle is also resident in the right hand.

కుడి చేయి

కుడిచేతిలోని ఐదు సందులలో క్రమంగా కపిల- ఖపతి- గరుడాసన- ఘర్మ-ఙసారనామక భగవంతుని ఐదు రూపాలు ఉంటాయి. ఈ ఐదు రూపాలు జ్ఞాన- అభయముద్రలతో యుక్తమై ఉంటాయి. కుడి చేతిలో దక్షప్రజాపతి సదా సన్ని-హితుడై ఉంటాడు. ఇతను కుడి చేతికిఅభిమాని. దక్షప్రజేశ్వరుని అంతర్యామిగా మధుసూదననామక పరమాత్ముడుంటాడు.ఈ మధుసూదనుడు కుడి చేతికి నియామకుడు. కుడి చేతిలో బ్రహ్మపత్నియైన సరస్వతి, వాయుదేవునిపత్నియైన భారతీదేవి ఉంటారు. వీరు అవ్యక్తతత్వమునకు అభిమానులు. అవ్యక్తతత్వాన్ని కుడిచేతిలో స్మరించాలి..

ಬಲಗೈ

ಎಡಗೈಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಐದು ಸಂಧಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ಚಾರ್ವಂಗ- ಛಂದೋಗಮ್ಯ- ಜನಾರ್ದನ- ಝಾಟಿತಾರ- ಞಮನಾಮಕ ಭಗವಂತನ ಐದು ರೂಪಗಳಿರುತ್ತವೆ. ಇವು ಜ್ಞಾನ- ಅಭಯಮುದ್ರೆ ಗಳಿಂದ ಯುಕ್ತವಾಗಿರುತ್ತವೆ. ಈ ಎಡಗೈಯಲ್ಲೂ  ಸಹ ದಕ್ಷಪ್ರಜೇಶ್ವರನು ಸನ್ನಿಹಿತ ನಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಇವನು ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿ. ದಕ್ಷಪ್ರಜೇಶ್ವರನಲ್ಲಿ  ಶ್ರೀಧರನು ಅಂತರ್ಯಾಮಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದು ಪ್ರೇರಣೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾ ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ನಿಯಾಮಕ ನಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ಈ ಎಡಗೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಚತುರ್ಮುಖಬ್ರಹ್ಮಮತ್ತು ವಾಯುಗಳು ಇರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಇವರು ಮಹತ್ತತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿಗಳು. ಎಡಗೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹತ್ತತ್ವವನ್ನು ಸ್ಮರಿಸಬೇಕು.

The Lord in the forms of charvanga,  chhandogamya,  janardana,  jhoot­itara and njama is present in the five joints of the left hand and will be sporting the knowledge and grace pose in His hands. Dakshaprajesh­wara is also the governing deity for the left hand with the indwelling Lord Sridhara indwelling as the controlling deity.  Also resident in the left hand are deities – four faced Brahma and Vayudeva,  governing deities for the cosmic principle. One should visualize this principle in the left hand.

కుడి చేయి

ఎడమ చేతిలోని ఐదు సందులలో క్రమంగా చార్వంగ- ఛందోగమ్య- జనార్దన- ఝాటితార- ఞమనామక భగవంతుని ఐదు రూపాలు ఉంటాయి. ఈ ఐదు భగవద్రూపాలు జ్ఞాన- అభయముద్రలతో కూడుకొని ఉంటాయి. ఎడమచేతిలో కూడా దక్షప్రజాపతి సన్నిహితుడై ఉంటాడు. ఇతను దీనికిఅభిమాని. దక్షప్రజేశ్వరుని యందు శ్రీధరనామక పరమాత్ముడు అంతర్యామిగా ఉంటూ, ప్రేరణచేస్తూ,  నియామకుడై ఉన్నాడు. ఈ ఎడమ చేతిలో చతుర్ముఖ బ్రహ్మదేవుడు-  వాయుదేవుడు ఉంటారు. వీరు మహత్తత్వమునకు అభిమానులు. ఎడమ చేతిలో మహత్తత్వాన్ని స్మరించాలి.

ಬಲದ ಹಸ್ತ

ಅಂಗೈಯಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ-ಅಗ್ನಿತೀರ್ಥವು, ಹೆಬ್ಬ್ಬೆರಳಿನ ಮೂಲದಲ್ಲಿ-ಬ್ರಹ್ಮತೀರ್ಥವು, ಕಿರುಬೆರಳಿನ ಮೂಲದಲ್ಲಿ-ಋಷಿತೀರ್ಥವು, ತರ್ಜನೀಮೂಲದಲ್ಲಿ-ಪಿತೃತೀರ್ಥವು, ಮಧ್ಯಮ ಮತ್ತು ಅನಾಮಿಕಾ ಬೆರಳುಗಳ ಮೂಲದಲ್ಲಿ-ದೇವತೀರ್ಥವು ಇರುವವು. ಹೆಬ್ಬೆರಳಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಶೋತೃತತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿಗಳಾದ ದಿಗ್ದೇವತೆಗಳಿರುವರು. ತರ್ಜನೀ-ಬೆರಳಿನಲ್ಲಿ ತ್ವಕ್‌ತತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿಯಾದ ಅಹಂಕಾರಿಕಪ್ರಾಣದೇವನಿರುವನು. ಮಧ್ಯಮಬೆರಳಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಚಕ್ಷುಷ್‌ತತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿಯಾದ ಸೂರ್ಯನಿರುವನು. ಅನಾಮಿಕಾ ಬೆರಳಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಜಿಹ್ವಾತತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿಯಾದ ವರುಣನು, ಕಿರುಬೆರಳಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಘ್ರಾಣತತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿಗಳಾದ ಅಶ್ವಿನೀದೇವತೆಗಳು ಇರುವರು.

THE RIGHT PALM

The junctions of Agni, Brahma, Sages, Pitrus and Devas are present respec­tively in middle of the right palm, base of the thumb, base of the little finger, base of the index finger and base of the middle and ring fingers. The deities of direction who are the governing deities for the principle of hearing are resident in the thumb. Ahankarikaprana, the governing deity for the princi­ple of touch is resident in the index finger. Surya, the governing deity for the principle of vision is resident in the middle finger. Varuna, the governing de­ity for the principle of taste is resident in the ring finger. Ashwini twins, the governing deities for the principle of smell are resident in the little finger.

కుడి హస్తము

కుడి హస్తము యొక్క మధ్యలో అగ్నితీర్థము, బొటనవ్రేలు యొక్క మూలప్రదేశంలో బ్రహ్మతీర్థము, చిటికెనవ్రేలు మూలప్రదేశంలో ఋషితీర్థము, తర్జనీమూలంలో పితృతీర్థము, మధ్యమ-అనామికావ్రేళ్ళ మూలంలో దేవతీర్థము ఉంటాయి.బొటనవేలిలో శ్రోత్రతత్వానికిఅభిమానులైన దిగ్ధేవతలు, చూపుడు వేలులో త్వక్ తత్వానికిఅభిమానియైన అహంకారికప్రాణదేవుడు, మధ్యమ వేలులోచక్షుష్ తత్వానికిఅభిమానియైన సూర్యుడు, అనామికా వ్రేలులో జిహ్వాత త్వమునకు అభిమానియైన వరుణుడు, చిటికెనవ్రేలులో ఘ్రాణతత్వమునకు అభిమానులైన అశ్వినీదేవతలు ఉంటారు.

ವಾಮಹಸ್ತ

ಎಡಗೈಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಐದು ಬೆರಳುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ಅಗ್ನಿ-ದಕ್ಷಪ್ರಜೇಶ್ವರ-ಜಯಂತ-ಮಿತ್ರನಾಮಕಸೂರ್ಯ-ಮನು ಇರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ವಾಗೀಂದ್ರಿಯಕ್ಕೆ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿಯಾದ ಅಗ್ನಿ ದೇವನನ್ನು ಎಡಹಸ್ತದ ಹೆಬ್ಬೆರಳಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಮರಿಸಬೇಕು. ಪಾಣಿತತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿಯಾದ ದಕ್ಷಪ್ರಜೇಶ್ವರನನ್ನು ಎಡಹಸ್ತದ ತರ್ಜನೀಬೆರಳಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಮರಿಸಬೇಕು. ಪಾದತತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿಯಾದ ಜಯಂತನನ್ನು ಮಧ್ಯಮಬೆರಳಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಮರಿಸಬೇಕು. ಅನಾಮಿಕಾ ಬೆರಳಿನಲ್ಲಿ (ಕಿರುಬೆರಳು) ಪಾಯುತತ್ವಾಭಿಮಾನಿಯಾದ ಮಿತ್ರನಾಮಕಸೂರ್ಯನನ್ನು ಸ್ಮರಿಸಬೇಕು. ಕಿರುಬೆರಳಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಉಪಸ್ಥತತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿಯಾದ ಮನುವನ್ನು ಸ್ಮರಿಸಬೇಕು.

THE LEFT PALM

In the five fingers of the left palm, the governing deities for the sense organs – tongue, hands, feet, organ of excretion and repro­duction are present as follows: Agni in thumb, Dakshaprajesh­wara in the index finger, Jayanta in middle finger, Mitra in ring finger and Manu in little finger.

వామహస్తము

ఈ ఎడమ హస్తానకిసంబంధించిన బొటనవ్రేలులో వాగింద్రియమునకు అభిమానియైన అగ్నిదేవుడుంటాడు. చూపుడువ్రేలులో పాణితత్వమునకు అభిమానియైన దక్షప్రజేశ్వరుడుంటాడు. మధ్యమవ్రేలులో పాదతత్వమునకు అభిమానియైన జయంతుడుంటాడు. అనామికావ్రేలులో పాయుతత్వానికిఅభిమానియైన మిత్రనామక సూర్యుడుంటాడు. చిటికెనవ్రేలులో ఉపస్థ-తత్వానికిఅభిమానియైన మనువు ఉంటాడు. ఈ అగ్ని-దక్షప్రజేశ్వర-జయంత- మిత్రనామక సూర్య-మనువులను ఆ ఆ వ్రేళ్ళలో స్మరించాలి. అందువలననే పెద్దలు దేహాన్ని దేవాలయమనిపిలిచినారు.

ಬಲಗಾಲು

ಬಲಗಾಲಿನ ಐದು ಸಂಧಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಟಂಕೀ-ಠಲಕ-ಡರಕ-ಢರೀ-ಣಾತ್ಮ ಎಂಬ ಭಗವಂತನ ಐದು ರೂಪಗಳು ಸನ್ನಿಹಿವಾಗಿರುತ್ತವೆ. ಈ ಐದು ರೂಪಗಳು ಜ್ಞಾನ, ಅಭಯಮುದ್ರೆಗಳಿಂದ ಕೂಡಿರುತ್ತವೆ. ಬಲಗಾಲಿಗೆ ಸ್ವರ್ಗಾಧಿಪತಿಯಾದ ದೇವೇಂದ್ರನ ಮಗನೆನಿಸಿದ ಜಯಂತನು ಅಭಿಮಾನಿಯಾಗಿ ಅಲ್ಲಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಈ ಬಲಗಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಜಯಂತನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತರ್ಯಾಮಿ ಯಾಗಿ ಯಜ್ಞನಾಮಕ ಪರಮಾತ್ಮನೇ ಇರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಈ ಯಜ್ಞನಾಮಕ ಪರಮಾತ್ಮನೆ ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ನಿಯಾಮಕನು. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಗರುಡ, ಶೇಷ, ರುದ್ರರು ವಾಸವಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.ಇವರು ಅಹಂಕಾರತ ತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿಗಳು. ಅಹಂಕಾರತತ್ವ ವನ್ನು ಬಲಗಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿಂತಿಸಬೇಕು

THE RIGHT LEG

The Lord resides in the five joints in the forms of Tanka, Thalaka, Daraka, Dharee and Natma. In these forms, the Lord will be sport­ing the knowledge and grace pose in His hands. The King of heaven, Devendra’s son Jayanta is the governing deity for the right leg with his indwelling Lord Yagna as the controlling deity. Also resident in the right leg are Garuda, Sesha and Rudra who are the governing deities for the principle of ego.

కుడి కాలు

కుడి కాలికి సంబంధించిన ఐదు సందులలో క్రమంగా టంకి-ఠలక-డరక, ఢరీ-ణాత్మ అనే భగవంతునిఐదు రూపాలుంటాయి. ఈ ఐదు రూపాలు ద్విభుజములై తమ రెండు చేతులలో జ్ఞాన- అభయముద్రలను ధరించి యుంటాయి.కుడికాలుకు స్వర్గాధిపతియైన దేవేంద్రుని పుత్రుడు జయంతుడు అభిమాని. ఈ కుడి కాలులో జయంతాంతర్యామియై యజ్ఞనామక పరమాత్ముడుంటాడు. ఈ యజ్ఞనామక పరమాత్ముడే దీనికి నియామకుడు. ఈ కుడి కాలులో గరుడ,శేష,రుద్రులు వశిస్తూఉంటారు. వీరు అహంకారతత్వమునకు అభిమానులు. అహంకారతత్వమును కుడి కాలులో స్మరించాలి.

ಎಡಗಾಲು

ಎಡಗಾಲು   ಎಡಗಾಲಿನ ಐದು ಸಂಧಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತಾರ- ಥಬ- ದಂಡೀ- ಧನ್ವೀ- ನಮ್ಯ ಎಂಬ ಭಗವಂತನ ಐದು ರೂಪಗಳು ಸನ್ನಿಹಿವಾಗಿರುತ್ತವೆ. ಈ ಐದು ರೂಪಗಳು ಜ್ಞಾನ, ಅಭಯಮುದ್ರೆ ಗಳಿಂದ ಕೂಡಿರುತ್ತವೆ. ಎಡಗಾಲಿಗೆ ಸ್ವರ್ಗಾಧಿಪತಿ ಯಾದ ದೇವೇಂದ್ರನ ಮಗನೆನಿಸಿದ ಶಂಭುವು ಅಭಿಮಾನಿಯಾಗಿ ಇಲ್ಲಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಈ ಎಡಗಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಶಂಭುವಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತರ್ಯಾಮಿಯಾಗಿ ಸುಮೇಧನಾಮಕ ಪರಮಾತ್ಮನು ಇರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಈ ಸುಮೇಧ ನಾಮಕ ಪರಮಾತ್ಮನೇ ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ನಿಯಾಮಕನು. ಇಲ್ಲಿಇಂದ್ರ-ಕಾಮರು ವಾಸವಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಇವರು ಮನಸ್ತತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿಗಳು. ಮನಸ್ತತ್ವವನ್ನು ಎಡಗಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿಂತಿಸಬೇಕು.

ఎడమ కాలు

ఎడమ కాలికి సంబంధించిన సందులలో క్రమంగా తార- థబ- దండీ-ధన్వీ- నమ్యఅనే భగవంతుని ఐదు రూపాలు ఉంటాయి. ఈ ఐదు రూపాలు తమ రెండు చేతులలో జ్ఞాన- అభయ ముద్రలను ధరించి యుంటాయి. ఎడమ కాలికిస్వర్గాధిపతియైన దేవేంద్రుని పుత్రుడైన శంభువు అభిమాని. ఈ శంభువులోఅంతర్యామిగా సుమేధనామక పరమాత్ముడుంటాడు. ఈ సుమేధనామక పరమాత్ముడే దీనికి నియామకుడు. ఎడమ కాలులో ఇంద్రుడు మరియు మన్మథుడు వశిస్తూ ఉంటారు. వీరిరువురూ మనస్తత్వమునకు అభిమానులు. ఈ ఎడమ కాలులో మనస్తత్వాన్ని స్మరించాలి.

ಬಲಪಾದ

ಬಲಪಾದ ಬಲ ಪಾದದ ಅಂಗುಷ್ಠದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಬ್ದತತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿ ಗಳಾದ ಬೃಹಸ್ಪತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅಹಂಕಾರಿಕ ಪ್ರಾಣರು ಇರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಎರಡನೆಯ ಬೆರಳಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಪರ್ಶತತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿ ಯಾದ ಅಪಾನನಾಮಕ ವಾಯುದೇವನು ಇರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಮೂರನೆಯ ಬೆರಳಿನಲ್ಲಿ ರೂಪತತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿ ಯಾದ ವ್ಯಾನನಾಮಕ ವಾಯುದೇವನಿ ರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ನಾಲ್ಕನೆಯ ಬೆರಳಿನಲ್ಲಿ ರಸತತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿ ಯಾದ ಉದಾನನನ್ನು ಸ್ಮರಿಸಬೇಕು. ಕಿರುಬೆರಳಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಗಂಧತತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿ ಯಾದ ಸಮಾನನನ್ನು ಸ್ಮರಿಸಬೇಕು. ಹೆಬ್ಬೆರಳಿನಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಯುದೇವರು ಮತ್ತು ಭಾರಭೃನ್ನಾಮಕ ನಾದ ಶ್ರೀಹರಿಯು ಇದ್ದು, ಕಾಲಿಗೆ ಬಲವನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟು, ದೇಹದ ಭಾರವನ್ನು ಹೊತ್ತಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.

THE RIGHT FOOT

Resident in the big toe are Brihaspati and Ahankarikaprana, the governing deities for the principle of sound. In the second toe, Apana is resident as the governing deity for the principle of touch. In the middle toe, Vyana is res­ident as the governing deity for the principle of sight. Udana is resident in the fourth toe as the governing deity for the principle of taste. Resident in the little toe is Samana, the governing deity for the principle of smell. One should visualize the above deities in the respective toes. Giving strength to the right foot to carry the weight of the body, deity Vayudeva and Lord Sri Hari in the form of Bharabrit will be resident in the big toe.

కుడి పాదము

కుడి పాదము కాలి బొటనవ్రేలులో శబ్దతత్వమునకు అభిమానులైన బృహస్పతి – అహంకారిక ప్రాణులు, 2 వ వ్రేలులో స్పర్శతత్వమునకు అభిమానియైన అపాన వాయుదేవుడు, 3 వ వ్రేలులో రూపతత్వమునకు అభిమానియైన వ్యాన వాయుదేవుడు, 4 వ వ్రేలులో రసతత్వమునకు అభిమానియైన ఉదాన వాయుదేవుడు, 5 వ దైన చిన్నవ్రేలులో గంధతత్వమునకు అభిమానియైన సమాన వాయు దేవుడు ఉంటారు. కుడిపాదము యొక్క బొటన వ్రేలులో వాయుదేవునితో పాటు భారభృన్నామకుడైన పరమాత్ముడు ఉంటూ, కాలికి బలాన్ని ఇచ్చి, దేహభారాన్ని ధరించియుంటాడు

ಎಡಪಾದ

ಎಡಪಾದದ ಅಂಗುಷ್ಠದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಕಾಶತತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿಯಾದ ಗಣಪತಿ ಇರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಎರಡನೆಯ ಬೆರಳಿನಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಯುತತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿಯಾದ ಪ್ರವಹವಾಯುದೇವನು ಇರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಮೂರನೆಯ ಬೆರಳಿನಲ್ಲಿ ತೇಜಸ್ತತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿಯಾದ ಅಗ್ನಿ ಇರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ನಾಲ್ಕನೆಯದಾದ ಬೆರಳಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಜಲತತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿಯಾದ ವರುಣನನ್ನು ಸ್ಮರಿಸಬೇಕು. ಕಿರುಬೆರಳಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪೃಥ್ವೀತತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿಗಳಾದ, ಶನೈಶ್ಚರ-ಧರಣೀದೇವಿಯರನ್ನು ಸ್ಮರಿಸಬೇಕು. ಈ ಹೆಬ್ಬೆರಳಿನಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಯುದೇವರು ಮತ್ತು ಭಾರಭೃನ್ನಾಮಕನಾದ ಶ್ರೀಹರಿಯು ಇದ್ದು, ಕಾಲಿಗೆ ಬಲವನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟು, ದೇಹದ ಭಾರವನ್ನು ಹೊತ್ತಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.

In the middle toe, Agni is resident as the governing deity for the element of fire. Varuna is resident in the fourth toe as the governing deity for the element of water. Resident in the lit­tle toe are Shaneishchara and Dharanidevi, the governing deities for the element of earth. One should visualize the above deities in the respec­tive toes. ఎడమ పాదము యొక్క అంగుష్ఠంలో ఆకాశతత్వమునకు అభిమానియైన గణపతి, రెండవ వ్రేలులో వాయుతత్వమునకు అభిమానియైన ప్రవహవాయుదేవుడు, మూడవ వ్రేలులో తేజస్తత్వమునకు అభిమానియైన అగ్నిదేవుడు, నాల్గవ వ్రేలులో జలతత్వమునకు అభిమానియైన వరుణదేవుడు, ఐదవదైన చిన్నవ్రేలులో పృథ్వీ తత్వమునకు అభిమానులైన ధరణీదేవి –  శనైశ్చరులను స్మరించాలి. ఎడమపాదము యొక్క బొటనవ్రేలులో వాయుదేవుడు మరియు భారభృన్నామకుడైన  శ్రీహరిఉంటారు. శ్రీహరివాయుదేవుని ద్వారా ఎడమకాలుకు శక్తినిప్రసాదించి,  దేహభారాన్ని ధరింపజేస్తాడు.

ಉದರ – ಗುಹ್ಯ

ಗುಹ್ಯ ಹೊಟ್ಟೆಯ ಬಲಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಪರನಾಮಕ ಪರಮಾತ್ಮನಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಇದರಂತೆ ಹೊಟ್ಟೆಯ ಎಡಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಫಲೀನಾಮಕ ಪರಮಾತ್ಮನಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಹೊಟ್ಟೆಯ ಮಧ್ಯಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂಲರೂಪಿ ನಾರಾಯಣ ನಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಈ ನಾರಾಯಣನ ದೇಹಕಾಂತಿ ನೀಲಮೇಘ ದಂತೆ. ಇವನು ತನ್ನ ನಾಲ್ಕು ಕೈಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ಚಕ್ರ- ಶಂಖ- ಗದಾ-  ಪದ್ಮಗಳನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಗುಹ್ಯೇಂದ್ರಿಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಮ ಅಕ್ಷರದಿಂದ ಪ್ರತಿಪಾದ್ಯನಾದ ಮನುನಾಮಕ ಪರಮಾತ್ಮನಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಇವನು ತನ್ನ ಎರಡು ಕೈಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಜ್ಞಾನ- ಅಭಯ ಮುದ್ರೆಗಳನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ.

THE ABDOMEN – THE PRIVATE PART

In the right side of the abdomen, the Lord resides in the form of Para signi­fied by the consonant pa. In the left side of the abdomen, the Lord resides as Phalee signified by the consonant pha. In both these forms, the Lord will be sporting the knowledge and grace pose with His hands. In the centre of the abdomen the Lord resplendent in the colour of sky blue will be resid­ing in the original form, Narayana. In this form, the Lord will be holding conch-disc-mace-lotus in His hands. In the private parts, the Lord will be resident in the name of Manu, signified by the consonant ma. In this form, the Lord will be sporting the knowledge and grace pose with His hands.

ఉదరము-గుహ్యము

పొట్టకుడిభాగంలో జ్ఞానముద్రను, అభయముద్రను, ధరించిన పరనామక పరమాత్ముడు, పొట్టఎడమభాగంలో జ్ఞాన-అభయముద్రలను ధరించిన ఫలీనామకపరమాత్ముడు ఉంటారు. కడుపుమధ్యభాగంలో మూలరూపియైన నారాయణుడుంటాడు. ఈ నారాయణుని దేహకాంతి నీలమేఘం వలె ఉంటుంది. ఇతను తన నాలుగుచేతులలో చక్ర, శంఖ, గదా, పద్మాలను ధరించియుంటాడు.  గుహ్యేంద్రియమునందు  ‘మ’  అక్షరముచే ప్రతిపాద్యుడైన మనునామక పరమాత్ముడుంటాడు. ఇతను సైతం తన రెండు చేతులలో జ్ఞాన-అభయముద్రలను ధరించియుంటాడు.

ಪೃಷ್ಠ-ಪಾಯು

ಪೃಷ್ಠ-ಪಾಯು ಪೃಷ್ಠದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಲೀನಾಮಕ ಪರಮಾತ್ಮ ನಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಇವನು ತನ್ನ ಬಲ ಹಸ್ತದಲ್ಲಿ ಜ್ಞಾನ- ಮುದ್ರೆಯನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಿ, ಎಡ ಹಸ್ತದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭಯಮುದ್ರೆಯನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಪಾಯು- ಇಂದ್ರಿಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಿತ್ರನಾಮಕ ಸರ‍್ಯನಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಈ ಮಿತ್ರನಾಮಕಸರ‍್ಯನು ಪಾಯುತತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿ ಯಾಗಿರುವನು. ಈ ಪಾಯು ಇಂದ್ರಿಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಪಾನ ನಾಮಕವಾಯುದೇವನು ಸಹ ಸದಾ ಸನ್ನಿಹಿತನಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಈ ಅಪಾನ ನಾಮಕ ವಾಯುದೇವನ ಅನುಗ್ರಹದಿಂದಲೇ  ಮಲವಿರ‍್ಜನೆಯು ನಡೆಯುವುದು. ಈ ಪಾಯುಇಂದ್ರಿಯಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರದ್ಯುಮ್ನನು ನಿಯಾಮಕನು

THE POSTERIOR

The Lord in the name of Bali will be present in the posterior and will be sporting the knowledge and grace pose in His hands. Surya in the name of Mitra, is the governing deity for the or­gan of excretion. Also present here is deity Apanavayu who fa­cilitates the process of excretion. Lord Pradyumna is the con­trolling deity here.

పృష్ఠము-పాయువు

పృష్ఠములో ‘బ’ అక్షరముచే ప్రతిపాద్యుడైన బలీనామక పరమాత్ముడుంటాడు. ఇతను తన కుడి చేతిలో జ్ఞానముద్రను, ఎడమ చేతిలోఅభయముద్రను ధరించియుంటాడు. పాయు ఇంద్రియంలో మిత్రనామక సూర్యుడుంటాడు. ఈమిత్రనామక సూర్యుడు పాయుతత్వమునకు ఆభిమాని.పాయువులో పాయు తత్వాన్ని స్మరించాలి.  ఈ పాయు ఇంద్రియమునందు అపాననామక వాయుదేవుడు సదా సన్నిహితుడై ఉంటాడు. ఈ అపాననామక వాయుదేవుని అనుగ్రహంతోనే మలవిసర్జన జరుగుతుంది.  ఈ పాయు కర్మేంద్రియమునకు ప్రద్యుమ్నుడు నియామకుడు.

ಚರ್ಮ-ತ್ವಗೀಂದ್ರಿಯ

ಉದ್ಗೀಥನಾಮಕನಾದ ಪ್ರದ್ಯುಮ್ನನು ಚರ್ಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಸನ್ನಿಹಿತನಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಅದನ್ನು ಸದಾ ರಕ್ಷಿಸುತ್ತಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಈ ಚರ್ಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀರಾಮಚಂದ್ರ ದೇವನ ಸನ್ನಿಧಾನವು ಸಹ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ. ಶ್ರೀರಾಮಚಂದ್ರನು ಚರ್ಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದು, ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಲಾವಣ್ಯವನ್ನು ಕೊಡುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಸ್ಪರ್ಶಜ್ಞಾನ ವನ್ನುಂಟು ಮಾಡುವ ಇಂದ್ರಿಯಕ್ಕೆ ತ್ವಕ್ ಎಂದು ಹೆಸರು. ಈ ತ್ವಗಿಂದ್ರಿಯವು ವಾಯ್ವಾತ್ಮಕ ವಾದದ್ದು. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಅನಿರುದ್ಧನು ಪ್ರಸ್ಥಾವ ಎಂಬ ಹೆಸರಿನಿಂದ ಇರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಲಕ್ಷಿದೇವಿಯು ಸಹ ಸದಾ ಇರುತ್ತಾಳೆ.

THE SKIN – THE SENSE ORGAN OF TOUCH

Skin is the thick layer covering the human body like a blanket. Lord Almighty Pradyumna also known by the name of Udhgeetha is resident in the skin continuously protecting the body from external elements. Lord Ramachandra is also resident here giving it lustre. The organ responsible for the sensation of touch is called tvak. This is pervaded by deity Vayu. Lord Aniruddha is present here in the name of Prasthava.  Also, resident is His consort Lakshmidevi.

చర్మము – త్వగిం ద్రియము

ఈ చర్మంలో ప్రద్యుమ్ననామక పరమాత్ముడు ఉంటాడు. ఇతనికిఉద్గీథ అనే మరొకపేరు కూడా కలదు. ఈ ఉద్గీథనామకుడైన ప్రద్యుమ్నుడు చర్మంలో సదా సన్నిహితుడై ఉంటూ, దాన్ని రక్షిస్తూఉంటాడు. ఈ చర్మంలో శ్రీరాముని సన్నిధానం కూడా ఉంటుంది. శ్రీరామచంద్రమూర్తి చర్మంలో ఉంటూ, దానికి లావణ్యాన్ని (అందాన్ని) కలిగిస్తూ ఉంటాడు. స్పర్శజ్ఞానాన్ని కలిగిస్తూ చర్మంలో అమూర్తంగా ఉండే ఇంద్రియమునకు త్వక్ అనిపేరు. ఈ త్వగింద్రియము వాయుతత్వాత్మకమైనది. దీనిలో అనిరుద్ధ నామక పరమాత్ముడు ప్రస్థావ అను పేరుతో ఉంటాడు.  ప్రస్థావాభిన్నుడైన అనిరుద్ధనామక పరమాత్ముని వలననే త్వగింద్రియం పనిచేస్తుంది. ఈ త్వగింద్రియంలో మహాలక్ష్మీదేవి యొక్క సన్నిధానం కూడా ఉంటుంది.
